Is it obligatory? You know they make iron supplements now. Love yourself and buy some :p

Too much iron is really bad for you isn’t it? Like lethal? Even if you have a deficiency you should only take the recommended amount

Doesn’t matter how much iron you put in there you can only absorb so much at a time

Don’t do this

Iron Oxide isn’t the best for dietary iron, it’s absorbed extremely inefficiently compared to Heme Iron found in normal iron-rich foods.

People are saying to take supplements which is an option, but you can also look at getting a lucky iron fish. You can put it in the water when making soups or pasta, it (safely) leaches elemental iron into the water and food. It was developed for anemia caused by iron deficiency in Cambodia but anyone anywhere can buy them. Lucky Iron Life, you can find their website by searching them up, they started it, I would strongly recommend purchasing from them so you know it’s safe!
